  • *Our fee for this service is a based on a percentage of the gross monthly income generated by the property and also how many units we are managing at one location. Again, there are many factors to consider when determining what it takes to manage a particular property as they are all unique in their own way. Should you own multiple properties and wish to have us manage them, we will certainly take that into account to provide you with our most economical management solution to fit your needs.

  • Our Investor Pricing structure allows for all our normal management services at a reduced rate. This could be due to the number of units overall, their location and the amount of rent generated. Investors also prefer that a professional manage their real estate asset just like they hire a professional to manage their retirement accounts. It may also be necessary to develop a management plan outlining the Owner's goals, capital improvements to be made and funded by the property, oversee those improvements and a myriad of other services, as appropriate for the property. While there may be additional fees for certain activities, we have the experience to help you achieve your goals for a well-running property.
